Pickup Night Organizer

Create and publish your own events, manage confirmations, generate teams, run brackets, and publish results. Hosts can manage only their events; MXS admins can manage everything.

Connect Cloudflare to activate this dashboard

Create and bind the D1 database, then add the encrypted Discord OAuth secrets in the Cloudflare Pages settings.

Host sign-in

Sign in using an approved host or MXS administrator Discord account.

Create pickup night

Times use your device timezone. Players will see them converted to their own timezone.

Generated teams

Review before publishing. Change the team size or generate again whenever needed.

Event page branding

All event-management tools are free. Premium Host access adds optional custom branding; standard events use MXS branding.

Use direct HTTPS image links. Image uploads and automated subscriptions can be added after this first premium test.

Your pickup nights

New events publish immediately when created. Players register, return during the confirmation window, and confirm attendance. Then close confirmation, generate teams, create the bracket, and publish.

Host permissions

A future host only needs to sign in with Discord once. They do not need a player profile or event registration. Approve them here afterward; revoking access keeps their previous events and results.
